At Haven on the Lake, we believe the benefits of yoga are too transformative not to share — which is why we’re bringing it to you for free, from the comfort of your own home. Our virtual “12 Days of Yoga” challenge launches December 1 to give you the tools you need to navigate this holiday season with greater joy, peace and resilience.

Here’s how it works:

Each day, Haven program manager and yoga instructor Heather Jefferson will send you a 30-minute session focused on a different theme (from gratitude to self-love to forgiveness). Your only job? Show up for yourself. Each daily video will calm your body and mind, and help you be present with whatever is going on in your life. Plus, you get to enjoy a “private lesson” alongside hundreds of other yogis right here in Columbia.

While the physical benefits of yoga are widely known — greater flexibility, full-body strength and improved circulation, to start— the true beauty of the practice is the opportunity to work inward and open our hearts.
