Aqua classes at Haven on the Lake offer the same benefits of other mind body classes in a supportive environment. Practicing different low-impact exercises in our warm water therapy pool (known officially as the Movement and Relaxation Pool) can help you achieve your wellness goals while also alleviating certain chronic conditions. Haven is also the only place in Columbia that offers a spin class that uses Hydrorider aqua bikes.

Aqua Fusion

ALL LEVELS. Invigorate your body and calm your mind with this blend of Pilates, barre, and yoga. Strengthen your core and tone, followed by a relaxing breath and stretch.

Watsu®

By appointment only. Watsu is a gentle and powerful form of aqua therapy performed in warm water by a certified Watsu practitioner. It combines elements of zen shiatsu, meditation, tai chi and yoga. During a session, you are continuously supported while being floated, cradled, rocked and stretched. Healing possibilities include stress reduction, pain relief, lower blood pressure, improved memory and cognitive functioning, decreased symptoms of anxiety and depression, release of muscle tension and more.
