Watsu®

By appointment only. Watsu is a gentle and powerful form of mind body therapy performed in warm water by a certified Watsu practitioner. It combines elements of zen shiatsu, meditation, tai chi and yoga. During a session, you are continuously supported while being floated, cradled, rocked and stretched. Healing possibilities include stress reduction, pain relief, lower blood pressure, improved memory and cognitive functioning, decreased symptoms of anxiety and depression, release of muscle tension and more.
