Haven on the Lake Studio and Aqua Mind Body Class Policies
Pilates equipment privates, duets or small groups must be canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the class start time to avoid penalty and forfeiture of the class.
Special Events, Workshops, Watsu, and Private Training must be canceled or rescheduled more than 12 hours before the session to avoid penalty and forfeiture for the session.
If you do not cancel within these time frames or do not show up for your class or appointment, you will be responsible for the payment of the session or have a session deducted from your account. You can cancel or reschedule your appointments by contacting us at Haven at 410-715-3020.
Class Pack Users must cancel or reschedule your class enrollment more than 12 hours before the class start time to avoid penalty and forfeiture of the class.
How to Cancel a Class
Please update your status online by logging into your SNG account or SNGApp. To cancel:
1. Log in to your SNG account
2. Click “My Account”
3. Click “Account Information”
4. Click the black arrow icon located on the right side of the screen, adjacent to the “Buy Series Sales” and “Make a Payment” icons
5. Click “Reservation Report”
6. Click “Show Report” to show all reservations, or use the drop-down menus to filter
7. Please note that the calendar defaults through today’s date. If you wish to cancel a class that takes place on a later date, change the “To” date in your search
8. Click on the class you want to cancel
9. Click on “Cancel Booking”
10. Under the “Are you sure you want to cancel this booking?” prompt, click “OK”
Waitlist System and Policies:
Non-members, guests and class pack users must cancel or reschedule class enrollment more than 12 hours before the class start time to avoid penalty and forfeiture of the class.
If you are on a class waitlist and a spot becomes available with more than 12 hours notice before the class start time, you will automatically be added to the class.
Please monitor your email or your online account to see if you’ve been added to a waitlisted class.
Also, please make sure you have a current email address connected to your account and ensure that you are signed up to receive class and appointment notification emails. Please be mindful when signing up for multiple classes and waitlists on the same day and cancel if you cannot attend so another Haven member can secure a space.
Please note that if a class is currently fully reserved, you are still encouraged to come to Haven to check for last minute availability. Always have an alternative plan to attend a different class and/or enjoy the healing environments to make the most of your experience.
Other Class Policies:
Class instructors and schedules are subject to change.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your class begins to properly prepare for the class. Once the class has begun, late arrivals will not be permitted to join the class.
Please notify the teacher at the beginning of class if you need to leave class early.
All sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds.
Please turn cell phones to the “silent” setting while in the studios.
