Research has shown that the regular practice of internal energy classes such as tai chi and QiGong can moderate blood pressure, reduce stress and generate overall well-being and physical harmony. At Haven on the Lake, these classes are taught by certified professionals.

Aqua Ai Chi (Tai Chi)

Previously Athletic Club Ai-Chi. DROP-IN CLASS. NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Please check-in 15 minutes early to secure a spot. First come first served. Experience this ancient Chinese discipline that tones and relaxes in the supportive environment of the pool. Tai Chi blends various postures and flowing movements that enhance the flow of the body’s internal energy while balancing mind and body.
