Meditation, QiGong and tai chi comprise Haven on the Lake’s internal energy classes. Research has shown that the regular practice of internal energy classes such as tai chi and QiGong can moderate blood pressure, reduce stress and generate overall well-being and physical harmony. At Haven on the Lake, these classes are taught by certified professionals.

ALL LEVELS. An ancient Chinese mind body martial art, Tai Chi blends various postures and flowing movements. In the spirit of satsang, Haven opens this class to the community and members alike. Per the Governor's mandate, masks must be worn at all times in all indoor CA facilities. Masks must also be worn outdoors whenever it is not possible to maintain social distancing. The exception is that masks are not required while swimming and are optional but highly recommended in high-intensity cardio activities.
