Yoga has been proven to reduce stress, relieve pain and increase strength when practiced under the guidance of an experienced professional as part of a regular regimen. Classes at Haven on the Lake are taught by certified professionals and will provide you with a fun, friendly and safe way to achieve your wellness goals.

  • BEGINNER: Recommended for all new students and those recently starting their yoga practice.
  • INTERMEDIATE: For students with previous yoga experience wanting to delve deeper in more advanced practices.
  • ALL LEVELS: For students with previous yoga experience. Modifications will be offered from beginner to advanced. New students are welcome, but are advised there may not be detailed instructions. (For detailed instructions, please take Yoga Basics).

The exception is that masks are not required while swimming and are optional but highly recommended in high-intensity cardio activities.
