Healthy Back Mini Session

For all people and levels suffering from back pain. Come explore seven common causes of back pain and the differences between neurological and musculoskeletal causes, and learn to use yoga to safely work with these conditions to relieve pain. In this 4-week course you will learn to recognize the major causes of back pain, use simple movement tests to distinguish different conditions, apply the principles of yoga to different types of back pain with specific asanas and modifications, and apply prevention and wellness techniques to keep backs healthy. Participants will find a safe way to use the yoga wall that will suit their physical ability and health condition.
