Addiction and Mind-Body Practices: Learning to Live a More Joyful, Empowered Life

Two-Day Workshop: Saturday, February 22 and Sunday, February 23 Featuring: Ellen Falck, RN, BSN, CSAC, Life and Health Coach Yoga and Pranayama with Heather Jefferson Acupuncture and Reiki with Hannah Jefferson Sound Healing with Josh Howell
How do addictions/unhealthy habits affect our brains? What are mindfulness, meditation, and neuroplasticity — and how can we use them to cope with addiction? How can we reprogram our brains to be more positive?

Investment: $10 per person

Over the course of this weekend, you will:
– Learn tips and tools in a supportive, judgment-free setting to live a more joyful, empowered life
– Experience the power of breath work and its many benefits
– Learn alternative therapies to manage addictions and destructive habits
– Receive a workbook of mindfulness/meditation exercises to help you learn, train, and keep track of your progress.

Day 1: Lecture and Movement
12:30-3pm: Informative session
3:30-5pm: 90-minute yoga and guided breath work
