Working out in Water: Let’s Splash into Fitness

Working out in water improves your balance, trains the core muscles, increases your flexibility and boosts cardiovascular fitness. Did we mention, you’ll also burn calories, reduce fat and lose weight at the same rate as working out on land. And, exercising in water eliminates stress to the joints and muscles because body weight is reduced by approximately 90 percent.

Join us for a water workshop to test all of this and find out how to add “water” to your fitness regime. We’ll explore a variety of workout options and share how to use various pieces of “equipment” to add variety and fun!
