Barre — Lengthen, strengthen, and shape your body using movements and postures from ballet, Pilates and yoga in tandem with a variety of props such as bands, balls, and weights.
Aqua Spin — Develop muscle endurance and improve cardiovascular health while soothing muscles and joints with a safe, effective workout through water cycling and aqua bikes.
