Great news for Pilates lovers: You all asked for “more core,” and we are officially delivering that at Haven on the Lake!
Starting March 1, we’re offering new Pilates packages and lower prices for our existing options. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to find a class you love at a time and price point that are convenient.
Here at Haven, we offer two types of classes — Cardio Reformer and Pilates Reformer — which range in size from three to nine participants. Click to learn more about each class. Check out our new package options below:
Preferred Placement. Register monthly before the first class of the month to guarantee a spot. Registration begins 14 days in advance.
Do you want greater flexibility for which Pilates classes you attend? Members and non-members can purchase class packages and enjoy Pilates classes on a drop-in, space-available basis.
10-class Package. May be purchased online or at the front desk. Registration begins seven days in advance (you can also drop in, though we recommend signing up to ensure there’s space available). Must be used within 90 days.
5-class Package. May be purchased online or at the front desk. Registration begins seven days in advance (you can also drop in, though we recommend signing up to ensure there’s space available). Must be used within 60 days.
Pilates drop-in rate for single class. May be purchased on the day of class on a space-available basis.

Totally new to Pilates? No problem — our Level 1 or Level 1/2 classes are the perfect initiation to this low-impact workout, which is one of the only exercises around that works the deepest muscles in the core from the inside out.
The benefits of Pilates run so much deeper than just looking good (though having a toned tummy is a nice bonus!). The full reality is that the core is your center of gravity — the place where all your strength and balance emanate from.
In Pilates, we call the core your “powerhouse,” and it’s recognized as the foundation for all movement. Strengthening the powerhouse means enhanced balance, posture, range of motion and flexibility… and that’s just the short list.
The beauty of Pilates is that while it delivers noticeable results, it’s also easy on the joints and safe for all fitness levels. For mature adults, it’s especially beneficial in terms of functional movement, improving coordination, supporting the spine and bones, and reducing the risk of falls. And for all ages, gaining stability and better alignment translates to greater control, fluidity and grace off the mat or Reformer, too.
