Your Mind and Meditation: A Course in Meditation and Philosophy with Jen Randle and Gabrielle Sulc
This is a registered course with Yoga Alliance. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate and 15 CE credits.

Is this a good fit for me? If you’re a yoga teacher or committed yoga student and have a desire to develop a deeper understanding of your mind, and meditation as an effective tool of awareness, then this course is for you. 15 CE Credits
What will I experience?: You will emerge from this weekend immersion feeling grounded, more focused, and inspired to live to your fullest potential. We will explore the relationship of the breath to our organs through the practice of pranayama. Breathing techniques not only reduce stress, they also bring energy and nourishment to our bodies. As a result, the health of our physical system is improved and you will feel more grounded and relaxed. Through the practice of meditation, you will gain a greater understanding of the intricate workings of the mind. And through our philosophical study and discussion, you will learn how to navigate life situations with grace and ease.
