This gentle class is appropriate for everyone, including pregnant women, those recovering from injuries, and participants with arthritis, fibromyalgia, other neurological conditions or weight issues.

Flow and Restore Yoga

ALL LEVELS. A vinyasa flow invigorates, followed by restorative yoga, which holds poses for longer periods of time with the support of props to relax the body, mind and spirit.
