Foam Roller Workshop
Soft foam rollers are for more than just release. Wake up and challenge deep core muscles, improve posture, and address back pain in this fun and informative workshop. Participants will utilize their breath and feedback from the foam rollers in a series of gentle core exercises. We will explore upper and lower body mobility, including the shoulders, spine, and hips. The workshop will conclude with release work and a guided relaxation.
