  • Completed Balanced Body Pilates Mat 1, Mat 2, Pilates Reformer 1 and Pilates Reformer 2 trainings.

  • More than 10 years of experience teaching Aqua Yoga, Meditation, Pilates and yoga in private and group settings.

Flow and Restore

A rejuvenating vinyasa flow is followed by restorative yoga, which holds poses for longer periods of time with the support of props to relax the mind, body, and spirit. All levels.

Foam Roller Class

Soft foam rollers are for more than just release. Wake up and challenge deep core muscles, improve posture, and address back pain in this fun and informative workshop. Participants will utilize their breath and feedback from the foam rollers in a series of gentle core exercises. We will explore upper and lower body mobility, including the shoulders, spine, and hips. Class will conclude with release work and a guided relaxation.
