What is your favorite form of mind body movement or lesson you teach, and why?

Any kind of upbeat music that keeps us motivated and smiling.
What inspires you?
The energy of a wonderful class inspires me, as does spending time with my horse, Charlie. The barn is my happy place!
What is a quote or mantra you live by?
“Letting go gives us freedom, and freedom is the only condition for happiness. If in our heart, we still cling to anything —anger, anxiety, or possessions — we cannot be free.” -Thich Nhat Hanh
What is your haven?
My haven is a place where we can come together as a community and experience just a few minutes of “um” — taking a breath and a break from our daily routines to build our strength of body and mind and leaving ready for what the rest of the day has to hold just a bit more resilient and calm.
