Kelly’s classes focus on a fun and relaxing style of yoga that cultivates mental and physical balance and flexibility. Her classes are all about feeling the energy, vitality, and breath in the postures. She likes to explore energetic intent, the chakras and yogic philosophy in her practice. She is also passionate about helping mothers achieve a positive birth experience through yoga.
Kelly is a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Established Certified Yoga Teacher (E-CYT) and Established Professional Yoga Therapist (E-PYT). She is a Reiki Master in eight traditions, reflexologist, energy healer and a shaman in the Peruvian tradition.
When not doing yoga or energy work, she can be found traveling, cooking organic food and spending time with family, which includes her two smaller yogis. Yoga has brought a sense of peace and balance to her busy family life and she wants to share her yoga secret for happiness with as many people as she can.

I like to meditate to harmonic resonance.
