What is your favorite form of mind body movement or lesson you teach, and why?
My favorite aquatic exercise is the supine noodle single leg lift because it is fun and challenging.
What is your favorite song or type of music you listen to when teaching?
“Splash Dance,” because it reminds me that I have taken my passion (the water) and can use that passion to help and inspire people.
What inspires you?
My greatest inspiration is God and his creation, as well as honest, humble people.
What is a quote or mantra that you live by?
“Enjoy life and be grateful for each moment.”
What is your haven?
Little Round Bay on the Severn River, where my neighborhood beach is. With family, friends or all by myself, the water soothes my soul and energizes my spirit.
