I strive to offer the best classes with the best instructors in the community. In any class, I believe members should follow the instructor’s guidelines; however, it is key to make the experience work for their needs. Group fitness should be fun and motivating, and there is a right fit and class for every person at CA. Our classes, even if they hurt in a good way, should make you want to come back again and again.

- More than 20 years of experience teaching group fitness.
- More than 20 years of extensive dance training (Maryland Distinguished Scholar in the Arts for Dance).
- LaBlast Fitness and LaBlast Splash Master Trainer
- Currently teaches LaBlast, LaBlast Splash, Cardio Dance Party, TRX, Aqua Barre, Barre Essence, Haven Aqua Circuit.
- M.S., Education, University of Maryland
ALL LEVELS. Tone, strengthen and lengthen by performing ballet and barre moves with added water resistance. Aqua Flex equipment, gliding discs, and weights may be used.
